Need to order stock of your book for a launch event?

This is a common request, and because of this Author Freely works with a differentiated table of values made for several different situations and quantity ranges.

When you are buying a larger number of copies for the same book, the system will calculate the values based on a system dynamic that crosses the characteristics of your book, the desired volume and the idleness of each printing press we work with.

How do I know what my discount is for different quantities?

In the simplest way possible: just select the book, Add it to the shopping cart and change the desired quantity. The system will calculate the discount automatically.

It is worth mentioning that the discount is always applied to the base cost and does not include royalties. If the book is your own, royalties are automatically deleted from the price displayed in the shopping cart so you don't pay yourself royalties.

For larger print runs, we recommend getting in contact with our support team. By talking to us directly, we'll be able to shape a unique proposal that works better for you and your needs, including:

• Better discounts: The larger the print run, the more we are able to negotiate discounts with our printing partners.
• Best installment conditions: We create the ideal conditions for you
• Personalised print tracking: For larger print runs, our team will individually monitor the progress and act as a human interface between you and the printer.

Frequently asked questions about bulk purchasing books on Author Freely:

• Will I earn less in royalties for bulk purchases?

  The royalties do not change for bulk purchases since the quantity discount is applied directly to the cost. The exception, though, is for when you're buying your own work. We will automatically deduct the royalty amount so you don't have to pay yourself.

• Does anyone have the automatic discount, or just the author?

  The quantity discount is available for everyone! Being an author, it is accumulated with the deduction of royalties, making the unit price even lower.

• Can I change the price of my book?

  Yes, you can change the price of your book at any time! However, this will not have any effect on orders made prior to the change.
